Corporate generalist with substantial in-house experience. I like to keep an open mind and am a realistic optimist. I believe in possibilities and challenges, the latter not being the management-lingo for a problem. Even though I worked as a president of a labor union I don’t believe in structural securities and very large safety nets. But I do believe in the value of people and establishing that they are able to find their own strengths. Over the last 45 years I gained a wide array of work experience. My fascination for labor relations and relations inside associations is still there. I can be a negotiator and a mediator, at an individual or group level. Coaching of board and management in a development program, to become creative and inspired, without losing focus on goals.
