I’m Alex David Du a half-Brazilian, half-Chinese tech nerd, gamer, and part-time code gremlin. I was born and raised in Recife, Brazil, where I also studied Computer Science and spent most of my early life. I’m currently 29 years old. Life threw some serious curveballs at me early on. My father passed away when I was 18, and after dealing with all the grief and emotional weight, my mom and I decided to shake things up. We packed our bags and headed off to explore Asia. That journey brought us to the Philippines, where I landed my first IT job at Concentrix as a bilingual support specialist (English & Portuguese). What was supposed to be a short stay turned into a 5-year experience that completely changed my life. After that, I switched gears and jumped into the freelance world working as an SEO specialist, translator, and sometimes just figuring things out one gig at a time. During that time, I also visited China for the first time to connect with my father’s side of the family something that meant a lot to me. Right now, I’m still freelancing, but I’ve doubled down on the stuff I truly love: Gaming (League of Legends player for life) Coding (Python, C#, web projects, scripts you name it) And building things that feel fun and useful This blog is my little corner of the internet where I share tutorials, tech fixes, personal thoughts, and sometimes just random rants about gaming or dev life.
