My physical home is in Smoke Rise, GA but my spirit lives in the mountains of middle Tennessee. Myers Cove, located near McMinnville, and Sewanee, located on top of the Cumberland Plateau, are the primary places that fill my thoughts. I met my husband while in college at Sewanee and we have three amazing boys, and two rambunctious dogs. We are blessed with large extended families that keep us busy throughout the year with visits back and forth to the mountains and to Lake Lanier. My dreams lately have been about novels - I can "see" the novels published, but know I simply need to do the work of writing them. My hope is that I can begin them here and begin the writing process.
