My name is Amy Wingo. I graduated from West Virginia University (Let’s go, MOUNTAINEERS!) with a Bachelor if Arts degree in Psychology and went on to earn a Master of Science degree in Special Education specializing in Severe and Profound Disabilities from Johns Hopkins University. I have 15 years of teaching students with multiple disabilities. I’ve taught in public and non public settings. I now have a daughter with dyslexia, which has pushed me to learn about Learning Disabilities as well. My goal is to help both parents and teachers find the best strategies to educate their children.
