Brad Bowden
Brad Bowden has built a career spanning more than 15 years helping companies improve their software delivery and quality engineering practices. He works directly with leadership teams that need better testing discipline, stronger release confidence, and clearer feedback loops. His background combines business development, technology services, executive relationships, and a practical understanding of how quality affects business performance. He is known for moving beyond general service discussions and connecting client goals to specific quality engineering needs. Brad now works as Associate Vice President of Business Development at QualiZeal, where he focuses on enterprise customer expansion. His responsibilities include relationship building, strategic outreach, and disciplined follow-up with large organizations. He has helped the company secure several Fortune 1000 accounts and build credibility in the market. His client approach is based on understanding executive priorities, identifying quality risks, and connecting engineering solutions to clearer releases and faster feedback. Brad served as Senior Director of Business Development at Cigniti Technologies before joining QualiZeal. His work there focused on expanding the firm’s presence in the United States, especially in the Southeast. He helped land several Fortune 500 accounts and supported the company’s growth as a recognized quality engineering firm. The role required more than deal closure, since he also needed to build trust, align commitments with delivery, and remain involved as relationships developed. Brad views quality engineering as a business discipline, not just a testing function. His experience has shown him that unmanaged testing can slow releases and weaken customer trust, while strong quality practices can improve confidence and support innovation. He also recognizes the role of AI in modern testing. In his view, secure AI adoption depends on high-quality AI engineering, as well as AI-powered quality engineering that helps teams find issues people may miss at scale. Brad supports the technology community through board service and industry involvement. Since 2017, he has served on the Board of Directors for the Technology Association of Georgia, where he helps strengthen collaboration across the sector. He has also participated in initiatives connected with the Data Governance Society, including efforts to promote responsible data usage. In 2024, he received the Technology Association of Georgia Impact Award for his support of that work. Brad Bowden is based in Atlanta, Georgia, and remains connected to the region’s technology and civic communities. He graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree and was placed on the Dean’s List. He also attended North Carolina State University. His career has been shaped by high-growth companies, enterprise account success, technology service leadership, and a steady commitment to delivering on what he promises.
