Rev. Dr. Gordon Barrows is a technology enthusiast, business entrepreneur, community leader, and aspiring educator, serving Clarion County Pennsylvania, in the New Bethlehem area & Redbank Valley community. Barrows is the founder & president of TechReady Professionals Incorporated, one of western Pennsylvania’s leading technology firms and parent company for hyper-local community website RedbankValley.org. Rev. Dr. Barrows serves on the Redbank Valley Chamber of Commerce, New Bethlehem Borough Council (Mayor), Redbank Valley Municipal Authority, Redbank Valley Church Association, Redbank Renaissance, and the Southern Clarion County Regional Police Department. Barrows is a doctoral candidate pursuing a Public Administration degree (Ph.D.) in Economics/Finance. Barrows holds a Ph.D. equivalent Doctorate of Education Degree (Ed.D.) in Theology/Divinity.
