Beyond his work in construction, Dakhlallah has made significant strides in strengthening Africa’s local industries. This effort has created more local jobs and bolstered economic independence, contributing to the overall growth of the region’s construction sector. By championing local manufacturing, he has helped ensure that Africa can meet its infrastructure needs with domestic resources, paving the way for sustainable growth. Dakhlallah’s focus on innovation is evident in his promotion of digital technologies in the construction sector. Under his leadership, PORTEO has integrated advanced project management tools and digital solutions to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve project outcomes. His embrace of technology has enabled the company to stay ahead of industry trends, delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions that meet modern demands.
