Raktim Singh

RAKTIM has done his B.TECH from IIT-BHU. He joined Infosys in 1995. He describes himself “As one of the few lucky software champions, who are Digital Software Product Native”. As part of this transformation program, he came up mental models of the organization and cultivated the habit of system thinking in organization. This had helped in successfully changing the culture of organization and transformed the Product team into an Agile & Learning Organization.
