Randy Ng is an operations-first builder based in Flushing, New York, who designs pickleball programs and runs seafood import operations. In both fields, he pairs people-first experience design with clear systems and automation, so that programs run smoothly and supply chains arrive on time, in spec, and in compliance. Randy Ng architects program formats, schedules, and player pathways with instructors, and manages seafood imports around specifications, cold-chain integrity, and compliance with Seafood HACCP and FDA guidance.
