First, a little bit about me. I'm a pastor, writer, reader, husband, and home schooling father. For the last six years, I was a pastor at Celebration Fellowship CRC. Celebration Fellowship is a church behind the walls of Bellamy Creek and Handlon Correctional Facilities in Ionia, Michigan. Currently, I'm Lead Pastor at Hope Community Church in Riverside, California. The primary purpose of this blog is to summarize whatever I'm reading at the time. Each chapter I read will include a synopsis and my thoughts on the chapter. I'm doing this as much for myself as for my readers. In addition to the reading synopsis, I may, on occasion, share my thoughts about world events.
