I see life as a spiritual journey towards remembering the light that we are despite - or sometimes even due to- the inevitable pain and suffering that is part of living as a physical body on this beautiful planet. I know all about suffering due to living with two chronic illnesses - POTS and M.E- for most of my adult life; however, I don't let this define who I am because I'm so much more - and others are so much more than the circumstances they find themselves in. I'm a 40ish female from the UK, an introvert who loves books, music, writing, nature and animals.
