Hi, I’m Dr. Molly Austen — a Rochester native and proud pediatrician at Fairport Pediatrics. I’ve always had a passion for working with kids and families, and I love being part of a practice that truly values connection, compassion, and continuity of care. Whether it’s guiding parents through newborn questions or supporting teens as they grow, I’m here to listen, educate, and advocate every step of the way. Outside the office, my husband and I enjoy exploring local spots, spending time outdoors, and spoiling our two rescue pups, Dean and Goose.
