Sudhir Agarwal

Sudhir Agarwal is one of the founding members of Aegis Limited, a large multinational Outsourcing Organisation and comes with over 12 years of experience in Operations, Migrations, Training, Business and Development. His vast experience across the multiple verticals and business units has been an instrumental force in growing Aegis from a mere 6 member team in 2005 to more than 50,000 today. He is an industry expert and has both managed and given strategic direction & guidance to teams across Centres in India, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Australia, Philippines, Middle East and Europe. He holds an MBA from Manchester Business School, UK, in Strategy and International Business and is an avid golfer playing at corporate tournaments and travelling the world in search of that perfect patch of green. Gaining inspiration from TED, he decided to share more of his thoughts with those around him and while he already does so in various professional forums he felt it would be a great experience to do so in a more interactive environment with a greater reach, which is why he started Simply Spoken, where he talks about everyday things that interest him, draw his attention, and things that he believes, would interest you.
