Suzanne Adnams has been working in information technology since the early 1980s in a variety of organizations across Canada and in the US. Suzanne works with IT executives to address IT service leadership issues using strategic and business planning, organizational models and structures, communications, project management and industry best practices. This work includes healthcare, higher education, government and financial services. In addition to the academic (BSc., M.A.) and professional designations (ISP, CGEIT, PRINCE2) other certifications include a Master’s Certificate in Project Management, PROSCI Organizational Change Management, ITIL Foundation Certificate and COBIT Foundation Certificate.
