Hi. I'm what you would call an Experimental Cook. What I prepare all depends on the inspiration I have at that moment and usually involves whatever ingredient(s) I may have at hand to work with. No structured recipes. No fancy deals. Simplicity and no-mess cooking basically sums up my style.
