I'm thinking with a Naga, I could use the mouse to look, the buttons on the mouse as the arrow keys and have a hand free completely for using abilities. The ergonomics left handed gaming keyboard this pad are excellent — far better than even the most accommodating gaming keyboard — and successive iterations of the design have only made it better. Why don't you just use stuff like a normal person. I've found the best keyboard for gaming, at least for right-handed people, is a left-handed keyboard. And I don't want a keyboard that looks like it fell from an alien spacecraft either. This is the only other one that I have seen at most online retailers, aside from the one that you already linked, that doesn't have a strictly ergonomic right handed design.
